Ya’ll- I am so excited about this post. I literally love anything beauty and I love trying out new beauty products! I wanted to share with you some of my most favorite beauty products that I use, as well as some of the things that I am asking Santa for this year. Santa, are you reading this!?
1. Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation: Okay, this is the foundation I use and it is hands-down the best! I initially started using this foundation after finding out that one of the Real Housewives of Miami used it (I am so basic, I know), so I figured if it’s good enough for them, than it must be legit. I’ll be honest, this is definitely a splurge, but a little dab will do ya, so it does last a while! I promise, you will not be disappointed with this! Side note- I wear color 5.5 for reference!
2. NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer: I have been eyeing this product for a while and have heard nothing but good things about it! Many beauty bloggers swear by this concealer and I am always up for trying a new concealer. This is definitely on my list this year- I will keep you posted on my thoughts about it!
3. Too Faced Natural Eyes Neutral Eyeshadow Palette: Okay, this is my go-to daily eyeshadow because it has the best combination of neutral eyeshadows. Not to mention, the eyeshadow names are amazing- sexpresso? I’ll take two ha! Such a good product that I highly recommend!
4. Laura Gellar ‘Delectables’ Neutral Eyeshadow Palette: Another blogger that I follow raves about this product and her makeup is always on point. I have been eyeing this palette for a while now and am planning on getting it for Christmas! All 14 colors are amazing and cannot wait to try this out!
5. Urban Decay ‘Naked3’ Palette: Have it, love it. This is such a staple for any beauty lover’s makeup bag. I love this version as I lean more towards warm, rose-hued eyeshadow colors. This palette includes 12 different colors and, as you can tell from the photo at the beginning of this post, I use this palette a lot.
6. Laura Gellar ‘Baked Gelato’ Swirl Illuminator: I am seriously so excited to try this out! I’m all about a good highlighter, but I have yet to find one that I love (hoping this one is a winner!). This product applies like a powder, but it supposed to feel like a cream. I will let ya’ll know what I think!
7. MAC ‘Russian Red’ Lip Duo: I have mentioned this before, but I do not wear lipstick often. When I first came across this color, I was a little skeptical since I typically do not wear red red often. Guys, I am so glad I purchased this! Seriously, this is the most universally flattering red I have ever come across! Such a good buy! As a side note, MAC also has this color available in a “mini” version here– and it’s under $10!
8. Sigma Beauty “Most-Wanted’ Brush Set: Okay, let me introduce you to my fave makeup brush brand, Sigma. I have been using their products for the last few years and they are the best! I never realized how important makeup brushes were until I finally upgraded and started using this brand. This set includes Sigma’s 5 top selling brushes, so it is perfect way to get your makeup brush set started!
9. Sigma Spa Express Brush Cleaning Mat: Now that we are talking about brushes, let’s talk about cleaning them! This cleaning mat from Sigma is pure genius! The mat has seven different textures that are designed to wash both face and eye brushes- and there is a suction cap on the back to secure the mat to your sink! Most importantly, it works- I use this mat with the SigMagic Brushampoo which is amazing. My brushes have never been so clean!
10. Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Hydra-Gel Eye Patches: Oh goodness! I am excited about these eye patches! Supposedly, these eye patches are supposed to awaken tired skin and help de-puff the under eye area. Um, sign me up! Plus, let’s be real- you’re going to feel like a queen laying back with these babies on your eyes! I cannot wait to try these!
11. Peter Thomas Roth Mask Sampler Kit: I have heard many good things about this brand, so I had to include another product. Many bloggers rave about these masks, especially the 24K Gold Pure Mask. This set includes 6 of their most popular masks which all claim they will detoxify, repair, hydrate, and polish skin- YASSSS! As a side note, not only am I wanting this for Christmas, I am also planning on gifting it as well. What girl wouldn’t love this?!
12. Living Proof PhD Dry Shampoo: Okay, this product is legit amaze. I had been hearing about this product for some time and I finally decided to purchase it a few weeks ago. As someone working full-time while also blogging, I do not have time to wash my hair every day (it’s also not good for your hair!). I had been using drugstore dry shampoos, which were okay, but this one has been life-changing. It absorbs oil/sweat/dirt, smells delish, and leaves ZERO NONE NADA residue. Go ahead and get this one ladies- you’re welcome in advance!
