Hello friends! Here we are having another longggg holiday weekend- No complaints here! Have you figured out your NYE plans yet? We have low-key plans to hang out with some friends, so no crazy plans over here. No matter what you end up doing, I hope you have so much fun and start the year off right!
If you keep up with the blog, you know that I am not a fan of prints- very rarely will I make an exception. Vast majority of the time, you’ll find me in something that is simple and neutral, but every now and then I’ll whip out a little color and pattern!
And, let’s be real, it really would not be the holidays without a little plaid or tartan now would it? These are probably the only prints that I will wear during the holidays because I feel like they are both so festive! I love a good plaid miniskirt or button down, but today I am sharing a tartan blanket scarf that is seriously such a steal!
Unless you live under a rock (which is totally cool), you probably know than Amazon is seriously amazing. And if you’re like me and use your parent’s Amazon Prime (thanks Mom!), you can receive most products in just one or two days! I mean this is insane! Like really, how do they do it??!
Why am I talking about Amazon right now? Because they have amazing fashion pieces, including this blanket scarf!
How gorgeous, right? Scarves are so perfect this time of the year and can easily change up a look. I especially love this green tartan print as it is perfect for the holidays. In this photos, I wore it more like a shawl, but you could easily style this scarf so many different ways! Not to mention, you can also use blanket scarves as a part of your holiday decor- I will usually drape this one over some baskets in our living room for a little holiday touch.
Can you believe that I got this scarf for under $15?! Yes, people! Such a steal and available in nearly 20 different colors. I also think it would be super adorable monogrammed- you know I am a sweet southern gal at heart.

I also added some of my plaid picks for the winter below! Plaid is such a classic piece and I know that all of these could easily be worn year after year- such good investment pieces!
What are some of your favorite prints/patterns for the winter? As always, thank you for reading and sharing! -A
