Guess where I am headed this weekend?! CHICAGO for one of my best friend’s bachelorette parties! These types of trips are always so fun- lots of laughs and craziness! I am so excited- we are all meeting tonight and will be having a somewhat low-key night. Tomorrow we are going to do aerial yoga (ahh!) and then go out for a fancy dinner and drinks!
Today, I am sharing some of my favorite picks for a bachelorette party, as I am sure that many of you may be attending one in the near future- it’s wedding season after all!
I know that many times there is some type of “dress code” for bachelorettes- the bride wears white/everyone else wears black, everyone wears black, everyone wears wigs, etc. This weekend, there really is not a specific dress code, but I do know that the bride is wearing red (yowza!) the night that we are going out, so she requested that no one else wear that color.
I will actually be wearing the denim jumpsuit from Anthropologie that I wore this past weekend (Oh em gee- I am an outfit repeater, call the fashion police!). It is going to be a little chilly in Chicago at night, so I thought this jumpsuit may be a better option than a short dress.
Below, I am linking my favorite looks for a bachelorette party + my favorite gifts for the bride! I know that at most bachelorettes, there is some type of lingerie shower, but I will be keeping things G-rated today and sharing some ‘sweet’ gifts for the bride (think comfy PJs/robes/etc).
