Hi friends! Gosh, I haven’t written a blog post in almost 2 weeks- what is going on?! I’ll tell you- LIFE! Two weeks ago, Scott and I went to California for a week. I decided to enjoy our time there together with family and friends and not worry too much about writing posts. Then, last week was such a whirlwind! I went back to work after being off for 12 whole days and between that, cleaning, laundry, home life, etc… I just never got around to it! But, I am back and ready to go!
Today, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite brands- Southern Shirt! They reached out to me a few weeks ago about doing a collaboration and gosh, I am so happy I said YES! I have officially fallen in love with EVERYTHING and today I am sharing my favorite pieces!
I actually told you guys a few weeks ago that their ‘Maddie’ shorts and ‘Sundance Popover’ shirt were going to be my summer uniform- and that is the truth! Both the shorts and shirts are literally the softest material ever- I ended up getting the shorts here in both the ‘castor gray’ and ‘rain cloud’ colors and the shirt here in all three designs! But, hey, when you love something you need all the colors! I got an XS in the shorts and a small for all the tops and the sizes worked perfectly! The fit is slightly looser, which is perfect for the heat, and the fabic is so lightweight and breathable. I love that you can easily mix and match these shorts and tops together, as they all pair extremely well with one another. I have been wearing these pieces nonstop when I am out running errands and even took them to our California trip!
Not only are their pieces great for running around, but they are also perfect for the beach! I feel like everything just screams “BEACH” haha! I also love that they carry menswear and kids- so you can get the whole family looking good!
