Finally- it’s that time of the year! I will be headed to Florida later this week with one of my dearest friends, Natalie, for an (early) Spring Break and I couldn’t be any more excited! The last few weeks have been so dreary here in Nashville, so a little warm weather and some sunshine will be good for the soul. Currently, as I type this, the temperature is hovering around freezing and raining, so yeah….I am ready for the beach.
I also think that my mood gets a little sad in the winter. It is always cold and cloudy, plus I feel like I stay in more than I go out. Don’t get me wrong, I am a total homebody at heart, but sometimes you reallllly need to just get out of the house. So ready for a little change in scenery and some sunshine on my skin!
I am also so excited to be sharing a lot of different options in case you are headed somewhere warm over the next few months. I decided to focus on items that are all under $100 as I feel like there is no need to spend any more than that! I also grouped items into “casual” and “dressy” categories, so it is easier for you to find what you are looking for. You cannot forget about the shoes and accessories, so I linked some of my favorites below as well!
As a side note, I have received a lot of questions from you all regarding what to wear on vacation/bachelorettes/weddings, etc. I think that many of these looks would be perfect for any of these occasions. I included everything from more casual shorts and t-shirts all the way to more formal dresses- literally there is something for everyone! I will be bringing some of these items to the beach, so you guys are getting a sneak peek of a lot of looks that will be coming to my Instagram feed over the next week or so! Casual Looks
From amazing jean shorts to cute tanks, I have found so many perfect daytime options! Usually when I am on vacation, I tend to wear shorts and tanks/graphic tees during the day- I also like wearing lightweight dresses too! I included my favorites below:
Dressy Looks
At night, I usually like to wear dresses, rompers, or skirts with tops! I also like to show a little more skin (still classy though!) by wearing pieces with fun cutouts! Fun prints and bright colors always make me happy!
Shoes
I cannot believe how many cute shoes I found under $100! Platforms are still as popular as ever and fun espadrilles with cute prints/pom poms are such a fun way to add a little color to your look! I have mentioned this before, but I tend to gravitate to more neutral-colored shoes because then they will go with everything in your closet!
Accessories
Last but certainly not least, you cannot forget about fun bags! From beach bags to clutches with pom poms and tassels, there are so many amazing options- all under $100!
