So excited because today my mom and I are BAKING- you know, Nina’s most favorite thing EVER. I mentioned this before, but my mom loves to bake- & she is realllllly good. Personally, I don’t tend to bake too often (mainly because it’s just me and Scott), but maybe as our family grows I will start baking more.
As my mom was looking through your recipes this week, she came across one from Karla for a Chocolate Pound Cake. She quickly realized it was nearly identical to a recipe she has made for 20+ years! My mom would always make this cake on our birthdays and it was always a hit at different parties and events. Believe me, everyone loves this cake.
I am going to share both my mom’s and Karla’s recipes below- there are just a few small differences!
