So excited to share our playroom reveal with you all today! This little room is located right off our bonus room and as soon as I saw it I knew it would become the sweetest playroom. I really wanted to create a space that was cozy and comfy- a place where Gray could hang, make a mess, and have fun!
Wall color is Sherwin Williams Alabaster. I sponge painted three of the walls in this room and used Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray. I saved a highlight on Instagram with a tutorial of sponge painting if you are curious about it!

Lots of questions about this furniture piece- I love it! Plenty of storage in the bottom drawer (its huge!) and lots of shelving space. I used these Target baskets to store lots of Gray’s smaller toys/books- I feel like the baskets hide the mess and make things look more organized!
Obviously, we still have some random Christmas decorations (from Target and Home Goods) and the mini rocking horse was a gift.
The books in the baskets to the right are some that we have accumulated over time. The baskets are also old- likely picked up at TJ Maxx or Home Goods!
I loved the way this gallery wall turned out! I decided to not sponge paint this wall because I felt like the design + the artwork would be too much. All of these framed prints are from Minted– I get most of the artwork in our home from here! I searched for kid-friendly prints with a similar color palette and opted for the matte brass frame + float mounted format. I’ll include sizing of each print below:

This acrylic shelves are perfect to hold all of Gray’s favorite books- clearly, we have a holiday theme going on right now haha!
Yes, that’s a hamper haha! Kind of a long story, but somehow we ended up with two hampers from Gray’s baby registry, so I have randomly had an extra hamper around the house. I put it in this corner and I have all of the campfire pieces (not pictured) stored inside. Gray loves taking them out and then putting them back in the hamper.
I love this cozy little space- perfect for snuggling and reading a book! I added some star string lights (found at Target, but I don’t see them online anymore) for a little extra special touch.
There are a few items not pictured including this easel in one corner, personalized chair, bean bag, and flush mount light. All playroom items can also be found below!
It’s taken a few months for this room to come together, but I am so happy with how it turned out- and I think Gray loves it too! I cannot wait to make lots of happy memories in this space. As always, thank you for reading! -A
