Today my mom and I are sharing one of our favorite summertime desserts- peanut butter pie! It’s served chilled and so delicious on a warm night. My mom has been making this for years (it’s my aunt’s recipe) and its always a crowd favorite. This recipe makes enough for two pies, so just half the ingredients if you want to make one (but you should definitely make two and just freeze one for a later date haha).
Easy Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
- (2) 8oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 16oz Cool Whip
- (2) 9in graham cracker crust
- Chopped peanuts or chocolate chips
Directions:
- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, confectioner sugar, and peanut butter until well blended.
- Stir in cool whip until fluffy.
- Pour into crust and sprinkle with nuts or chocolate chips
- Place in refrigerator or freezer until ready to serve. Enjoy!
