Would you guys believe me if I told you I have never had a PSL? Nope, not ever. I am pretty boring when it comes to my coffee drinks- just plain black coffee with a hint of almond milk.
But, since it is PSL-season (thanks Starbucks), I decided to craft up my own version of the infamous PSL- with a twist. Meet the Spiked PSL- and yes, it is delicious. This yummy concoction is not only so pretty to display, but it is so good! I was honestly very surprised how much I liked it because 1) I am not the biggest fan of pumpkin and 2) I am not a big alcohol drinker.
The recipe literally took 5 minutes to whip up on the stove, so you can easily make this before any of your holiday parties! With Halloween and Thanksgiving right around the corner, this would be the perfect drink for your guests to sip on!
