Today on the blog I am sharing a classic fall look- distressed denim, a sweater, and a blanket scarf. Literally so easy to put together and you will look so stylish! This look features an orange scarf for fall, but you can easily change up the scarf color based on the season (like red or green around Christmas). I love that by changing one item of clothing, you can alter the entire look!
I own multiple blanket scarves and LOVE them! Not only do I wear them, but I also use them to decorate my house- it’s true! I have these wicker baskets in our living room that I keep blankets in. During the fall, I drape an orange blanket scarf over the basket and during Christmas I switch it up with my green plaid blanket scarf- see, these are a must!
One of the best places I have found these scarves is on Amazon. Have you guys ever used Amazon for clothes? If not, you really should look into it! We have Amazon Prime and it amazes me still how I can order something and get it TWO DAYS LATER– some things are even next day delivery! Still trying to wrap my mind around the whole thing… Anyways, Amazon really does carry an amazing variety of women’s fashion items and is now one of my go-to sites for shopping.
I originally bought this scarf for a UT football game, but I have worn it so many other times! I love that there are so many color options (22!!!) available, so there is literally something for everyone. At last look, these scarves were on sale for less than $10, which is absolutely insane! I also linked some of my other favorite blanket scarves below!
My hat is from Target and I love the metallic detail! Such a good hat for the fall and a steal under $20!
This sweater has quickly become one of my favorites this year. I love the tiered ruffle sleeves and the gorgeous knit design. Not only have I paired this sweater with jeans, but it looks perfect with miniskirts as well!
I have mentioned these jeans before, but they are my MOST FAVORITE distressed jeans ever- literally, I wear them all the time and should seriously invest in another pair. I love the distressed details and the raw edge hem- super stylish! They have a super flattering fit and are so comfortable.
Lastly, the booties I am wearing are Franco Sarto (one of my favorite shoe designers) last season, but I have linked some similar looks below. These booties are ahhhmazing and come in so many different colors/designs. I love these less than $100 booties here and here and an open-toe version here. These booties are gorgeous and such a deal under $35!
Do you guys have any clothing items that you also use as home decor or am I the only crazy one out there? Do you guys love scarves as much as I do? Thanks for reading and sharing! – A
