This may be one of my favorite posts ever! Guys, a simple button down should be a staple in your closet- classic white is my go-to color, but I am loving this striped version. It is perfect for the spring and summer. Not only can you pair a button down with shorts, but you can also pair with jeans, skirts, or even use it as a cover up! I love when a piece can be versatile and you can create numerous looks from one product.
I love this button down as it is available in seven different colors and prints + it won’t break the bank for my gals on a budget! Seriously, stop what you are doing and get this shirt- I cannot say enough good things about it!
I paired this top with my favorite high-waisted Topshop denim shorts. Okay, let me give you my thoughts on shorts- I actually do not really like myself in shorts and only started wearing them last summer. I know- what?!? I mean, I would wear gym shorts to go work out, but I wouldn’t wear denim shorts out. Instead, you could usually find me in a dress during the spring and summer. I am really particular about the length of shorts and you will never catch me in super short, barely covers my bottom shorts- ever! So, any shorts that I post are typically on the longer side and this pair in particular are also high-waisted and distressed which I love. Also, this is important*, Topshop sizes are very different and you typically have to size up- just follow their size guidelines online and you’ll be fine! But, I will say that sizing up really makes a girl feel realllll good about herself hahaha! Thanks a lot Topshop!
Lastly, you guys know that I am in no position to be buying a Gucci belt, so this dupe that I am wearing is pretty legit! I feel like you cannot even tell that it’s a dupe.
I am planning on doing a full post about these wedges because they are hands down THE BEST. I purchased them last year and they are a little splurge, but 100% worth the price. Get ready to see them all the time!
