Happy Monday! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of hosting an event at our local Dillard’s for the launch of a new British lifestyle brand called Joules. Dillard’s recently starting carrying this line, known for their hand-drawn floral prints, bright colors, and stripes, and I was so excited to help share this brand with everyone!
The event was so much fun and I loved meeting so many local ladies! NoBaked Cookie Dough served up some yummy cookie dough, Clinique provided makeup tutorials, and Be Glammed had an amazing “braid bar.” I had so much fun mingling with everyone and providing style tips on how to wear the Joules line.
Although this brand originates in England, I feel like so many of the pieces have a “southern” flair to them- like you should be on your wrap-around porch sipping on sweet tea and lemonade in these clothes! I love how the collection ranges from casual pieces to dressier options + they have a great selection of rain gear!
For the event, I wore this dress– isn’t the embroidery beautiful!? I love that it is also available in white and think it makes the best dress for church, bridal showers, baby showers, or for a beach wedding! I also love this blouse, which I styled above- it can easily be worn with navy pants for a work appropriate look or with cut-off denim for a more casual look.
The next time you are at Dillard’s make sure you take a look at this brand! They have so many fun, bright-colored pieces that are absolutely beautiful!
